There is too much noise where I am studying, what can I do?

If you are working in an area and you feel the level of noise is not appropriate please contact a member of Library staff and they will be happy to help. Contact us via our ‘Text for Library help’ service (Mon - Fri, 9am - 5pm) on 07723 954 232 with details of your noise issue and we will text you back to let you know we are on our way.

If you wish to study in a quieter space please use our Maurice and Hilda Room on the third floor - this is a designated silent room for all students. The second and third floor are also whispering areas. Noise and disturbance are monitored for focused individual study and to ensure a great library environment for everyone we ask that Library users respect the rights of other users to work quietly.
