My student ID card has been lost / stolen. How do I get a new one?

If you have lost your student ID card:

  • Let the library know as soon as possible, so that your library account can be blocked for security reasons.
  • Check at the Library Welcome Desk in case it has been handed in. We will hold ID cards until Friday of that week and then pass them on to campus services. We contact students by email when ID cards are found and handed in at the Welcome Desk. The library can be contacted by phone on 020 8392 3770, or by email.
