If you press print on the printer and nothing comes out of the printer, please contact a member of Library staff to see if they can help. If they cannot help or they are not available you will need to contact the IT Team by logging a ticket through the Service Desk (you will need to log in through the green button on the top right-hand corner, once you are in, click on Report an Issue).
Alternatively, you can also log a ticket through Nest page via the link Get Help with an Issue.
For refunds, there is a different section in the Service Desk page, under Request a Service (IT- Printers & Toners - > Print Credit ).
