My computer has crashed and I have lost my work. What should I do?

If it is a UR device (4-hour laptop or library PC), you will need to 'Report an Issue' via Service Desk.

Please note, all students have a University OneDrive of 1 Terabyte available as storage and is accessible through the University OneDrive via your O365 Email account.  You are advised to always save a 'backup' copy of your work on your OneDrive

The university is unable to assist with personal devices.
