As the books in our collection are for all students to share, they must be returned to the Library when they are requested so everyone has a fair chance at using them. The option for library users to reserve books is a service that allows everyone a fair chance to borrow resources that are in high demand. Therefore, exceptions cannot be given to students who are on teaching placements or who live at a greater distance from the university.
If your book has reached its renewal limit and is not reserved, you can bring the books to library staff and we may be able to reissue them to you.
If you are unable to come to the Library, you can return books by post. As students are responsible for all library books they borrow we strongly recommended that all books are sent by recorded delivery to:
