The link to an eJournal / eResource / article I want to access is not working. What do I do?

The usual reasons why you may not see the full text of an online resource and the solutions for this problem are:

  • You need to login to My Library Account so that UR Library Search identifies you as a Roehampton student/staff and gives you access to online resources.
  • The Library does not have full-text access to that journal article, only the article abstract. Please check the A-Z Journal List to see if we subscribe to this title.

If you find a malfunctioning link in the catalogue or in a resource list, please use our Help with online resources guide first and check that you are logged in, using an appropriate browser, and that we have access to that resource. If the problem persists, please contact us.

If we don’t have the item you are looking for you might want to visit other Libraries and/or request an Inter Library Loan.
