I have an IT problem. How do I get help?

You can find support and information to resolve a range of IT issues on the IT and AV Resources pages, accessible through the student/staff portal. This includes guidance on printing and installing software such as NVIVO and SPSS.

IT issues can also be reported through the ServiceDesk, or by telephone (020 8392 6000 Monday Friday, 8AM-6PM).
