How do I find an eBook?
As well as books on the Library's shelves, you also have access to thousands of eBooks through UR Library Search.
- Firstly, log into My Library Account at the top of the Library's website. When you log in, this confirms you're a student or staff member at Roehampton and give you access to items in our collection.
- Next, head back to the Library's website and select the 'Books & eBooks' tab. Enter the title of what you're looking for into the search box, and select 'Search'.
- You'll now see a page of search results. To filter them so only eBooks are shown, select the 'eBook' filter under format type to the right of the results.
- Inside individual results, you'll find green buttons marked either 'View eBook' or 'Access Online'. Selecting these will lead directly to the eBook you need, or the different access options.
If you encounter problems accessing an eBook and before contacting the Library, do check the Systems Status tool for the latest updates in case of any known technical issues.
