It depends if the module code has changed.
If the module code remains the same as the previous year the digitised extracts will be automatically be ‘rolled over’ so that they are available next year via your module resource list. However, if the module code changes, e.g. from A to S, you will have to re-request them. Please contact the Academic Engagement Librarian Team to notify us of a change in module name or code.
Before making the digitised extracts available for another year, we will re-check that our CLA Higher Education Licence still permits us to use the scans previously obtained. We will contact Module Conveners directly if there are any issues.
