If an item is lost or stolen, please report it immediately so that the best course of action can be undertaken. We will investigate the matter and advise whether the item has been located or confirmed lost, and examine any damage where it may be required.
Users are responsible for all items issued to their library account and will be expected to pay the replacement cost for any lost or damaged items, as per library regulations.
The standard fee for the replacement and processing cost is £30.00 per individual item. To pay your Library fees, log into your Library Account through the Library homepage and select the 'Fees' tab.
