Instructions for students who wish to return books

As a temporary offer to all students, you can return library books using a dedicated CollectPlus freepost service. It’s very easy to do:

  1. Securely wrap the library books so they’re protected during their journey through the postal system
  2. Go to  https://www.clicksit.com/roehampton/ and enter your email and you’ll be sent instructions on what to do.
  3. Take the parcel to any of the 6,500 local stores offering the CollectPlus service
  4. Make sure your parcel does not exceed the 10kg weight limit, or 60cm x 50cm x 50cm in size
  5. Once done, keep your receipt of posting in case of any queries
  6. That’s it!

No printer?  No worries. If you can’t print the label you can still use the service. Go to https://www.collectplus.co.uk/help-advice/do-i-need-printer and follow the instructions for Print in Store.

Freepost is a business postal service provided by ClickSit; the University pays the postage charge. The Freepost service is only available in the UK.
