How do you photocopy and scan both sides of an ID?

You can use our multi function devices (MFDs) to photocopy or scan both sides of an ID card, passport, driving licence or other document.

Start by logging in to the MFD, if you need help please see our guidance How do I print, copy and scan at the Library?

To photocopy both sides on an ID:

Once logged in, press ‘Copy’, then press ‘Options’ button, bottom left of the screen.

The default option is black and white. If you require colour, press the ‘Colour/Black’ button and select colour.
